Information you provide

Enquiries may include your name, business, email address, telephone number, property address, project details, dates and photographs you choose to send. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information, photographs of people, identification documents or access codes.

How these forms work

Budget calculations take place in your browser. When you submit an enquiry, your contact details, site postcode, project description, service choice and any target date are sent to Formspree for processing and storage on Oracle’s behalf. Budget answers are included if you arrive from the checker. Formspree provides submission handling and spam filtering. A success message is shown only when the service confirms acceptance; an error leaves your entries available in the form. Photo uploads are not enabled. You can email photographs separately. The checker uses session storage to carry answers into the enquiry in the same tab. Contact details are not stored in that session storage. Your browser may retain information through its own autofill features.

Why we use information and our lawful bases

We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond and prepare quotations. Where you enquire about a contract for yourself, this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For business contacts and general enquiries, we rely on legitimate interests in managing relevant business communications; we consider the effect on your privacy. If work proceeds, information is used to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations, such as keeping required business records.

Who may receive information

Formspree processes form submissions as a service provider. See Formspree’s privacy policy for information about its processing. Relevant staff and service providers supporting email, business administration and website delivery may process information for these purposes. Where needed to prepare or deliver the agreed scaffold, relevant site details may be shared with a designer, subcontractor or professional adviser. We do not use this form as a marketing subscription or sell enquiry details.

Website delivery and external services

The hosting platform may process technical information, such as IP address, browser details and access logs, to deliver and secure the site. A privately hosted preview may also require the platform’s sign-in. Hosting and email providers may process data outside the UK; applicable provider safeguards and transfer arrangements govern this processing. Contact us if you need details relevant to your enquiry. External websites and your email provider have their own privacy notices. The coverage page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. When it loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap and its tile service, which receive technical information such as your IP address. Their privacy policy applies; see OpenStreetMap privacy information. The map does not use your device’s precise location or send your enquiry details.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up. Records relating to accepted work, disputes, accounting or legal obligations may need to be retained for longer. Retention depends on the type of record and the applicable purpose; contact us for the period applying to your information. Records should be reviewed and removed when no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would welcome the opportunity to address your concern first.

Automated decisions and changes

The budget checker provides an indicative calculation only. It does not accept a booking, decide whether we will work with you or produce a binding quote. We may update this notice as the website or our processes change.
